Architectural Plans Digitization in AutoCAD , 11 sheets

Job ID: 39195075

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I'm in need of an expert with AutoCAD who can trace and digitize my scanned architectural set. The project involves working with my floor plans, elevations and sections and converting them into 2D digital formats in AutoCAD.

I will be working on them in rhino 3-D, so if you are able to draw in rhino 2-D natively, that would be great, but it works fine with AutoCAD .dwg Blocks work fine and hatches. Also work pretty well. Just make sure all the blocks are internal no external references.

Please use appropriate architectural layers for walls, finishes, hatches, hardware and plumbing electrical if applicable. Also, please send me your layer descriptions. If possible, please organize your line weights per layer rather than per false color as is typical in AutoCAD.

Standard Conversion with Dimensions & Annotations (Includes layers, standard line weights, and basic notes)

I’m attaching photos of most all of the sheets circled in blue the parts that I need to be redrawn. We don’t need to redo the details on the last sheet S5 nor sheet 2 which is “existing plan” but I didn’t put up a photo of the simple site plan, which is sheet number 1 which needs to be drawn.

The scans will be large format, there shouldn’t be very much distortion, however, I do need you to check the written dimensions and compare them to your scaled areas, lengths, and dimensions to make sure that the hand drawn annotated dims match what you have drawn. And please flag anything that seems incorrect as it’s possible Something could’ve been drawn out of scale, they were hand drawn.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is crucial
- Prior experience with architectural plan digitization
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with various architectural elements
- Understanding of 2D design principles
