Architectural Plans & BOQ
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a full set of architectural detail drawings for a civil project I am about to submit for approval. The scope covers three drawing types—floor plans, elevations and sections—each one fully dimensioned, annotated and ready for construction. Once the drawings are final, I also need a complete bill of quantities that matches those documents.
Here is what I expect to receive:
• Floor plans, elevations and sections in editable DWG and print-ready PDF formats
• A coordinated bill of quantities in Excel or similar, clearly cross-referenced to the drawings
• Two rounds of minor revisions after the first draft so everything lines up with local codes and my design intent
I will forward all site measurements, design sketches and any relevant standards the moment we start so you can jump straight into the drafting stage. AutoCAD, Revit or another established CAD platform is fine as long as the output is clean and layered logically. Accuracy and clarity are essential to keep the engineering team and contractors on the same page.
