Architectural Plan for Patio Enclosure Project

I’m looking for an architect / structural engineer to get architectural plan drawing service (Including framing sizes and spacing, pier locations, details on railing etc. ) for applying permit in our local village for remodeling patio enclosure and also to be used by me during the project. The size is 12’ x 24’.
