Architectural and MEP plans for a 12 unit townhouse development

Need to design floor plan, exterior elevations and MEP for a 12 unit townhouse development. Units are 2 story high with a rooftop deck and a small backyard. Civil plans for a shared driveway are ready and have been approved by a city. Cad file with the design will be shared. Sketch of a floor plan and sketch of a building exterior are ready. The design will need to comply with an appropriate revision of a building code for each discipline that are currently adopted at the city of Dallas, Texas.
