Architectural Engineer for New Home Construction

We develop new single and multi-family home models that are constructed in Florida as well as Central America. Our patent-pending construction technology allows all of our models to be designed to withstand a category 5 hurricane, be impervious to moisture and termites, and provide maximum energy efficiency.
This position is responsible for developing all of the architectural drawings/designs necessary to submit for building permits, creating the appropriate structural drawings, and developing all construction drawings and bills of material used for purchasing.
We require a person who is familiar with the 2020 Florida Building Code, is proficient in AutoCad, and has some experience with cold formed steel structures.
