Architectural Elevation Drawing for Window Wall

Attached are preliminary hand-drawn sketches and annotated photograph of a window wall intended for a built-in installation (paneling and/or cabinetry).
The purpose of this assignment is to convert these hand-drawn files into a professionally drafted, to-scale architectural elevation drawing suitable for contractor pricing and execution.
Please confirm:
• Experience with millwork or built-in drawings
• Sample of similar work
• Turnaround time (ideally 2–3 days)
Produce a scaled architectural elevation including:
a. Overall Layout
• Full wall width and height
• Window size and exact positioning
• Left and right wall sections
b. Key Elements
• Window (including mullions if applicable)
• AC unit location (if present)
• Heater/radiator enclosure below window
• Electrical outlet location
c. Built-In / Panel Layout
• Proposed panel divisions or cabinetry layout
• Symmetry or alignment clearly defined
• Depth indications where relevant

3.4 Dimensioning
• Full set of clear dimension lines (not just labels)
• Horizontal and vertical dimensions
• Spacing between elements
• Critical clearances (heater, AC, outlet access)

3.5 Technical Notes
Include notes addressing:
• Ventilation requirements for heater
• Access requirements for AC and electrical outlet
• Tolerances and site verification disclaimer

4. Deliverables
The consultant shall provide:
1. Primary Elevation Drawing (PDF)
o Fully dimensioned
o Scaled (e.g., 1/2" = 1'-0" or similar)
o Clean, professional format suitable for contractors
2. Editable File
o CAD (.dwg) or similar (preferred but optional)
