Architectural Drawings for Screened Porch
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for an experienced architect who can create detailed drawings for a simple 18' x 25' screened wood porch project. The construction will match the roof line for my house and existing openings. All details will be provided. My ideal material for construction is wood. The ideal candidate should have experience in architectural design, particularly for outdoor living spaces, and a strong understanding of woodworking materials and techniques in the USA. The candidate must be able to work closely with me to ensure that the final design meets my expectations.
Deliverables:
1) Detailed drawings of all design at enough details for a basic contractor to build the porch
2) Material Take-off (list of all materials needed along with quantity)
All materials chosen must be available at Home Depot in South Philadelphia. Preference is for low cost building materials that still look nice.
