Architectural Drawings for Garage Addition
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Garage space with bedroom above. I have attached drawings that another freelancer did a few years ago but now that I am ready to start the project the town building inspector is requesting licensed architectural drawings. The town is Saint John, Indiana. USA
Also I believe the foundation needs a little more attention because of the slope. That draftsman that drew up these attached files may not have had the architectural skills to engineer the proper foundation, roof, and floor system.
