Architectural Drawings & Renovation Plans
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need architectural drawings for my existing house to guide a major renovation. The project will involve changes to the layout and some alterations to the facade.
Key Requirements:
- Architectural Drawings: I need comprehensive architectural blueprints for my house.
- Detailed Elevations: The drawings should include detailed elevations of the house.
- Modifications: The plans should incorporate a change in layout and a facade change.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in creating architectural drawings.
- Previous work with detailed elevations.
- Expertise in home renovation plans.
- Strong understanding of structural requirements for major renovations.
The house was originally built to the 1983 plans. Then extended in 1989.
Note that the Garage and Living room ( which replaced the carport) was also done .
I have taken some measurements with the marked up plans.
