Qualifications:
Architecture degree or relevant qualification.
Proven experience as a Freelance Architect or Draftsperson.
Proficient in 3D, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and past projects.
Knowledgeable in building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
