Architectural Drawings Enhancement for Planning Submission
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I have some architectural drawings that need to be brought up to planning specification for a submission. The specific aspects that require improvement are the floor plans and elevations.
Key Requirements:
- Revise existing architectural drawings to comply with local building regulations.
- Enhance floor plans and elevations for planning submission.
The following are required:
A completed CIL form 1.
A scaled floor plan indicating the direction North.
A block plan showing the location of the garage, how it relates to the rest of the house and neighbouring properties.
Elevation drawings showing the front and rear of the garage, and proposed (or already implemented) changes to doors & windows, and the relationship with the rest of the building/ neighbouring buildings.
Details of off-street parking provision for the property.
A statement clarifying the proposed use of the garage – ie will it be an extension to the accommodation of the existing dwelling or will it be occupied independently?
