Need to make some changes in PDF and Cad files as show in file # 4 ( ARCHITECTUAL PLANS HOLLOW CORE ROOF).
1- Raise the back wall 9 ¼” as slope, so the water can run off at the front of the house from the flat roof.
2- Add three 16”X16” CMU (8’X16”) columns at 13’-8” far from the back wall of the house at the right wall, left wall and the big bathroom corner.
3- Two Steel beams to sit on the columns. Spans are 22’-4” and 21’.
4- Change the roof trusses to two groups of 10” hollow core slabs. Spans are 13’-8” and 23’- 4” to sit on the back and front walls and the beams.
5- Kitchen stove, sink, refrigerator and hot water heater. Bathrooms showers, toilets and sinks.
6- In the foundation plan, delete the internal footings and draw footings for columns 1, 2 and 3.
7- Construction details based on USA Building Codes.
