Architectural Draughtsman

I am looking for an architectural draughtsman who can create modern floor plans for my project. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing contemporary spaces and be able to incorporate specific details and features into the floor plans.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in architectural drafting software (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp)
- Strong understanding of modern architectural styles and design principles
- Ability to translate client's specific requirements into detailed floor plans
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately represent dimensions and proportions
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and understand their needs

Responsibilities:
- Create accurate and detailed floor plans based on client's specific requirements
- Incorporate specific details and features into the floor plans
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and make necessary revisions
- Ensure that floor plans adhere to building codes and regulations
