Architectural Draftsperson for Small Manufactured Housing Company

Foothold is looking to hire a part-time architectural draftsperson to assist our growing business with permitting, client documents, and design documents. This person will be responsible for putting together site plans and elevations to assist the Foothold design team in permit submission and architectural plan review. Some assistance with manufacturing framing plans may also be required. We prefer to have draftsperson work in SketchUp, but are open to other platforms as well. Draftsperson will work closely with Foothold President to oversee client projects, site layouts, and details. Work will be hourly, between 2-5 hours per week.
