Architectural Draftsman for Floor Plans

I am in need of a professional draftsman experienced in AutoCAD with a focus on architectural drafting. The primary task will involve creating detailed floor plans, site plan, and elevations for a renovation project.

Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
- Extensive experience in architectural drafting.
- Proven track record in creating detailed and accurate floor plans.
- Ability to incorporate detailed landscaping into site plans.
- Ability to measure existing structures and site and create as to as AutoCAD drawings

The site plan should be at a scale of 1:100.
The floor plans should be at a scale of 1:50

Ensure the floor plans include detailed layout with electrical outlets, mechanical fixtures , and exact dimensions.

The project should be completed within 1 week.

The service is required in Kartal, Istanbul, Turkey. Drafter will be working on site, alongside Project Manager.

The drafting just have to include the existing electrical and mechanical structures and the walls and windows, details such as kitchen and toilets will not be needed as they will be all changed.

For the site plan, the land has multiple elevations, a true to as is Topographical Site plan is required.

Turkish or English speaker is enough for us.
