Architectural Draftsman for Bungalow Remodel

I am in need of an experienced architectural draftsman to document the remodel of my 909 sq foot bungalow. This project requires:

- Creation of detailed construction drawings in CAD to reflect the floor plan changes we want to make (no structural changes are planned)
- Inclusion of window/door replacements and resizing, electrical layouts, plumbing layouts, and HVAC systems in the construction drawings.
- Documentation of existing structure and demolition plans
- 3D renderings of furniture and fixture placements.
- Collaborate with homeowner/builder.
- Advise on options and consequences of design that could make construction easier.
- Detail materials to be used and construction considerations of those materials.

*We have a SketchUp Document that can be used as a starting point to make revisions.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in architectural drafting software (CAD & Sketch Up)
- Previous experience with residential remodels.
- Familiarity with creating detailed construction drawings in CAD and SketchUp
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems layouts.
- Ability to document structural changes and demolition accurately.
