I'm on the hunt for a professional and highly skilled architectural draftsman with a specialization in residential design. I'm working on a house project and I require assistance with:
- Drafting of floor plans
- Creation of detailed elevation drawings

Your task will involve not only drafting but also thorough checking for potential conflicts and errors in the plans.

I need someone who can create a simple drawing of a NEW "Walk up" separate entrance to an already developed basement. The drawing should show the City of Calgary requirements for a basement development in an existing home. I have attached relevant pictures of the home and back entrance as well as real property report and the measurement of the partially sunken patio from which the entrance will be created.
