Architectural Drafting for Residential Building
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for a skilled draftsperson or CADD expert, who is specialized in architectural drafting- not certified (it doesnt need to be stamped). I need your assistance in fulfilling plan submittal requirements.
- My project involves a residential unit 2 story building, only the bottom half (attached garage) requiring your expertise in drafting floor plans, plot plans, MEP plan and elevation drawings as needed. there are no up-to-date plans on file. just what's attached.
- You should have some experience in residential projects and understand the standards and specifics associated with such plan submittal to the city.
