I need design drawings for a modular cabin (to be built overseas), measuring 9.5m x 4m, split into two self-contained units.
Each Unit Includes:
Single bed
Ensuite (toilet, shower, basin)
Small study table + chair
Wall-mounted TV
1-seater couch
Small fridge
Wall-hung shelf storage
Window + external door
2m front awning
Construction Details:
Steel frame base
External walls: 100mm thick insulated foam panels
Roof: 100mm thick insulated foam panels
Internal dividing wall: 50mm insulated panel
Deliverables:
Floor plan, elevations, sections – clearly labelled
Format: CAD and PDF
Suitable for structural engineer and prefab builder in China
