Location- Delhi
We are seeking a talented and experienced Freelance Architectural Designer to collaborate on government projects, including public buildings, infrastructure, and urban development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards required for government contracts.
Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs, blueprints, and 3D renderings for government-funded projects.
Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and government agencies.
Prepare presentations and reports for project proposals and approvals.
Modify designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture or a related field.
Proven experience working on government or public sector projects.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
Knowledge of local building codes and accessibility guidelines.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Ability to work within strict deadlines and budgets.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with sustainable and energy-efficient design.
Familiarity with government procurement and bid processes.
Membership in professional architectural organizations.
