Architectural Designer/Drafter for Tiny Homes
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
Tiny Home Designs- Looking for a drafter to take a detailed concept for a simple design of 1 model and create renderings, dimensioned blueprint schematics and LNI submittals ( includes Electrical and plumbing plans/layouts). We need the design produced in 3 different sizes in a 16ft, 26ft and 28ft following RV codes NFPA 1192. The homes will be engineered using SIP'S panels and shop drawings from SIP'S manufacturer will be provided once floorplans are created.
*PLEASE NOTE* As a company we use Chief Architect and that is our preferred program however, candidates with experience in creating build schematics for LNI submittals Tiny Homes/RV's design to code NFPA1192 will be given top consideration.
