Architectural Designer

We need an Architectural Designer who is capable of designing the project with all its architectural aspects and requirements of a Boulevard Project in Saudi Arabia. The land is about 9000 meters square and might include an automatic car wash station and a decent number of cafes and restaurants. the building area is about 3000 to 3500 meters square. The output should be complete with all details and drawings that will be used in later stages to implement all other systems directly (Civil, MEP ... etc).
