2318 - Architectural Construction Drawings
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
Please quote for the production of a set of architectural construction drawings for a new house using AutoCAD. Refer to the attached schedule of drawings that need to be completed.
Please find attached: - an example of the level of drawings and detailing that is required - our current set of drawings Once the job is assigned, further details, architectural drawings + structural drawings will be provided to assist.
Payments will be processed over 4 milestones with a submission and review at each stage:
Milestone 1– 50% details wall, roof, balconies, terraces, windows details, internal scale 1:10 Sections
Milestone 2 – 65% of the package: window schedule, bathrooms layout, fences, scale 1:50 stair details, screen details 1:20 / 1:10
Milestone 3 – 90% of the package: updated Floor plans, RCP and electrical plans, elevations, remaining details
Milestone 4 – 100% completion of drawings
Freelancers must possess skills in architectural construction detailing for residential projects. NON ARCHITECTURAL DRAFSTMAN AND DESIGNERS SHOULD NOT BID. EXPERIENCE IN ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTING AND CONSTRUCTION DETAILS A NECESSITY.
All drawings in A3 size and completed in Autocad using sheet sets.
PDF and .dwg files are to be provided
