Warehouse remodel construction documents for permit

-Must have experience creating construction documents for permitting in the USA.
-Must use AutoCAD
-Feet and inches
-Must be able to use CTB files and create sheets in layout
-must be able to XREF tote blocks and create PDF’s of the sheets

Scope:
1. Draft floor plans based on provided sketches and plans
2. Add dimensions, door tags to floor plan
3. Egress plan based on provided reference
4. Door/window schedule
5. Finish schedule
6. Partition types
7. Revise provided elevation drawings to match photos and plans
