Architectural Concept design - residential

I am seeking an experienced architect/draftsperson to create a concept design for a small residential property. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and expertise in traditional architectural styles and be able to incorporate an open concept layout into the design.

Key requirements for the project include:

1) Redesign Internal kitchen space.
2) Redesign existing study into bedroom.
3) Remove internal walls to make open plan space.
5) Relocate stairs to maximize flow

Scope & nature of the Services:

6) Prepare Architectural Plans including: - Site plan – based on existing site plan or a topo survey - (property file info as attached)

7) Prepare Architectural concept set of plans as noted above.

8) 1 x "Major" change to be inclusive of quote basis the concept is still within the scope of original engagement


- Strong understanding of traditional architectural styles
- Ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing open concept layouts
- Proficiency in architectural design software
- Previous experience with residential design projects
