Architect with MEP expertise needed

I require an architect to design the archi feature for residential unit including plumbing / drainage. Deliverables would be architectural plans and elevations, plumbing/drainage plan, plus basic 3D render.

The architect will coordinate closely with structural design team to ensure there is no clash or contradiction between ARCH and STR design.
