Architect plans for new construction
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am looking for an architect who can create detailed plans for a new residential construction project. The ideal candidate will have experience in traditional architectural styles and be able to work with my specific layout requirements.
House plans on concrete slab with concrete front porch and covered carport in back. Found some similar plans but want one floor plan with the other exterior appearance. Most changes are noted, but remove doors circled in red add door near yellow circle. Shower to be changed to lien storage noted on floor plan
I would like the architectural plan, Structural plans, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing and maybe a Civil plan. Build in Bladenboro north Carolina
