Architect for small house project
Budget: $50 – $0 USD
I am serving as my own GC and building a house approximately 775 square feet. Shed design, very simple. It will have a basement with ICF walls.
I was trying to do my own plans on Autocad and did make some progress but I don't think I can complete the work myself. I live in Routt County, Colorado and the house will be built under the 2018 IBC.
I already have the basic floorplan. I really just need someone to put the plan together as I do not have the Autocad skills to do it.
I need to complete these plans for submittal to the building department as soon as possible.
I am also looking for a Colorado licensed structural engineer to review the structural aspects and stamp the plans.
I am attaching a couple of PDFs with a basic floorplan and elevation.
I am willing to discuss payment by the hour or a fixed cost.
