Architect for my house

I have a floor plan and cad files that I initially planned. However, I want to completely redesign the floor plans. The .cdr files can be used for maybe only some reference. But for most of the other things, you will have to start from scratch.

I want someone with civil engineering/architecture knowledge to help me with changing according to the ideas I have and maybe create a Sketchup model for the house.
