Yaran Property Group is a property development and investment company located in Perth, Western Australia (www.yaran.com.au ). The company has an extensive program of developments planned for this year focused on affordable housing, and housing for those with a disability.
Yaran requires contract architects at a fixed price and fixed time for its pipeline of developments using standard floor plans already developed by Yaran. The architect would be responsible for developing full Development Application (DA) set of drawings. The layout of the development and the standard floor plans will be provided by Yaran.
