Architect for basement project

I am looking for an experienced architect to help create a plan for a basement project. The purpose of the basement is to create additional living space, and while I have a rough idea of the design and layout in mind, I am open to suggestions as well. The approximate size of the basement is 500-1000 sq ft. I require someone who is detail-oriented and competent in making plans that are well thought out and adhere to all applicable building codes. I need someone that is proactive in communication and is willing to be open and flexible in their designs in order to best suit the requirements and restrictions of this particular project. In addition to the plans, I need someone to provide me with cost and timeline estimates. Someone who can take ownership of this project from start to finish and ensure a successful outcome.
