Seeking to design a pragmatic house plan that aligns with our vision of functionality without extravagant expenses. The key specifications for the project are as follows:
- The house will consist of 2 stories.
- There will be 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms on the upper floor. All bedrooms should have at least 16m².
- The ground floor will feature 1 bathroom and a guest toilet, while the upper floor will have 1 bathroom. Both bathrooms have showers only.
- A designated room on the ground floor is required for housing the washing machine, dryer, boiler, heating system (heat pump), and storage space. Something like a storage room.
- The ground floor will include also a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The Kitchen should be
