Architect for CAD Plan Modification

I'm in need of an architect who can carry out modifications to existing architectural plans which have been prepared in CAD. The project involves a small remodel job, focusing on updating the living room, dining room and an outside wall.

What You'll Do:
- Modify structural, layout and design aspects of the existing plans
- Use your expertise and creativity to incorporate a specific design preference for the living room and dining room.
- Prepare an architectural packet to meet the US requirements for obtaining a city building permit

Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience with architectural remodeling projects
- Strong knowledge of US architectural plan requirements
- Proficiency in CAD
- Ability to interpret and bring to life design preferences
- Strong attention to detail and a creative eye
- Excellent communication skills
