Architect or engineer for California Residential Building Permit application signing

Residential Building Permit Signing Project
I am in need of a California architect and/or an engineer who can assist me with the signing of a residential building permit. I already have a design in mind, so I do not require any drawing or design services from the professional.

Requirements:
- Stamp and seal must come from a California seal and signature. So it is best if you live in California
or have access to the California stamp seal, or have access with a California architect.
- An architect or an engineer with experience in residential building permit signing
- Ability to review and approve the design for compliance with local regulations
- Timely completion of the permit signing process as soon as possible

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Licensed architect and engineer with a strong background in residential construction
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure a smooth permit signing process
