Upper story addition - approx 40m2 (master bedroom/ensuite) with integration of existing loft/upper split level area.
Including facade intergration.
We have received a DWG format drawing of our house from draftsman/ engineer.
We also have a current survey and consulted town planner for preliminary indications for allowances.
