Architect - convert PDF Floorplan to Autocad

We have a pdf file of a floorplan of a commercial building, approximately 30,000 SF. We need to create a new autocad file of this floorplan. We understand that some dimensions need to be estimated because the pdf file does not include all dimensions. We only need this for the floorplan, but have included the site plan for additional details that may be helpful.
