Architect Needed to make Alterations to a set of Residential Building plans

Hi I have a set of plans I want to make changes to for a small cottage I am constructing in Pennsylvania. I can send a copy of the plans for review. What I want changed is the single garage door moved to the opposite side and the 36"door moved to the side of the house. I want the double garage door replaced with a 36" front door and I want 2 windows along side of that door added. I also want the staircase moved to the middle of the house to the right side of the front door. Next I want a wall to separate the single car garage from the rest of the first floor. I also want the kitchen and living area moved to the first floor and the upstairs to be 3 bedrooms with a bathroom. I also need a drawing for a walkout basement.
