Architect to Modify Pre-Existing Plans to Code

We're planning on using pre-made plans from https://denoutdoors.com/ for a 2-3 bedroom home in the Flamingo Heights area of the Hi-Desert. We need an architect familiar with local code and environmental issues to make minor modifications to them and help with the permitting process.
