Architect For Yurt Style Wood Home Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Hello! This project is unusual because I want a certain type of home that is not very popular.
I have 1 acre of land, so I am looking for an architect to create a high-quality layout and detailed drawings of a permanent 1200 square foot yurt style wood home that is fully powered by solar energy with an attached art space leading from the dining area, carport leading into the living room, and a back porch.
I also want a mudroom at the back door leading to the porch This will be a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. The half bath will be in the second bedroom, but really small because I want room for the bathroom to include the washroom and W.IC. I want an open-concept tiled kitchen in the middle of the home that blends into the living room and dining room. The land has some drainage issues, so I want to mitigate that.
