Architect & Engineer Drawings for Retaining Wall

I'm in need of detailed architectural plans for a concrete retaining wall measuring 60’ long and 9’ tall. The primary purpose of this wall is soil retention. The wall will be constructed using poured concrete. Most importantly, these plans must be stamped by a licensed engineer from Virginia.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Extensive background in civil engineering and architectural design
- Familiarity with soil retention structures
- Experience with designing poured concrete structures
- Licensed engineer from Virginia or able to collaborate with one
- Able to provide detailed architectural plans
