Architect or Draughtsman to update floor plan revisions from Hand-Drawn-To-Scale diagrams
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We require expert qualified architect or draughtsman to update our hand drawn to scale floor layout and glazing changes to a section of our ground floor extension, into our architect’s Council Approved Town Planning Permit dwg files.
With passiv haus airtight envelope in mind, we have clearly and cleanly separated the existing old house from the new extension by demolishing the back part of the existing house which was previously retained to reduce cost.
Within the same section length, we have hand drawn to scale the revised floor plan involving a bedroom, ensuite, bathroom and laundry. All plumbing is relocated into internal walls.
Our architect is extremely busy; we need the revisions to talk with builders now.
The key details are as follows:
• No change to the form and shape of the extension.
• Floor plan and glazing revisions are within an existing section: 8700mm L x ~6200mm W
• There will be internal wall changes, which may contribute to structure.
• Hand-drawn-to-scale revisions with exact dimensions for each section will be provided.
We require a real architect or draughtsman, preferably one well-versed in Australian, specifically Victoria Building Codes to update an existing architect's Town Planning Permit drawings with utmost accuracy and attention to detail.
Your responsibilities will include:
a. Update Floor Layout Revisions and Glazing Changes: Implement the provided revisions seamlessly into the existing drawings. Ensure that all modifications align with the approved plans.
b. Include Exact Dimensions: Precisely incorporate the provided dimensions into the updated files, ensuring that everything is to scale.
c. Cross-Check Dimensions: Perform thorough quality checks to verify that all dimensions and sizes on the plan are accurate and consistent.
d. Maintain Glazing Numbering: Ensure that the numbering of glazing elements as provided is preserved and coherent with the original plans.
e. Deliverables: Upon completion of the project, you will provide us with the same but updated DWG and PDF files for floor plans and corresponding elevations, and sections where required.
Your work will serve as the foundation for the next phase of our renovation project.
