Architect/Draftsman for minor adjustments/updates to existing drawings
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am looking for an architect or draftsman to assist in completing some outstanding drafting work. The work is relatively simple and straightforward, requiring minor edits to existing PDF/CAD drawings.
Scope of work includes:
1. Making minor adjustments to floor plans as required.
2. Updating the existing site plan to match the style/format of a provided example.
3. Preparing a location plan based on an example provided.
4. Creating an area plan summarising the floor areas on a single page, similar to an example provided.
5. Compiling and formatting all documents into a single PDF folio – including an existing cover page, site survey, floor plans, sections, elevations, shadow diagrams, and material schedule, and updating the drawing list on the cover sheet accordingly.
6. Preparing a separate notification plan to match the style/format of a provided example.
7. Copying and updating an existing landscape plan as per a provided sample.
I will supply example drawings for each of the items above to guide the style and formatting of the output. The existing drawings will be provided in both PDF and CAD formats.
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Proficiency in CAD, Revit software
- Attention to detail and ability to follow provided examples closely
- Experience with compiling and formatting documents into a PDF folio
