Architect & Drafting Service needed Design and Drafting for a Renovation Project

I'm looking to renovate a 3 x 1 double storey unit in Australia. The major changes would be to replace the bathroom and laundry currently located in ground floor with access through the kitchen to another location. I have two ideas (options) that will discuss with you.

Part A
Redrafting the existing plans and submitting high quality PDF drawings (2D)

Part B
Schematic Design (two options for toilet and laundry on ground floor)
Sketches of Ground floor plan 1:100
Sketches of Outdoor area
1:100 Sketches of Bathroom on First floor 1:50
1 x Online Meeting to discuss the options

Part C
Detailed Design on selected Option
