Architect/Contractor for residential/commercial artist compound in Navajo County, AZ.

We are trying to get a residential/commercial property designed and built in Navajo County, AZ. We have 40 acres in Sun Valley, AZ with a well, septic system and fully fenced. We have been working with 2 different architects since 2020, and neither of them seems to be able to get our plans to an approval stage with the county. We had hoped to be moving up to live on our property by now. Our compound will consist of a residence, a separate studio and a separate garage. We need to get this project going now.
