Architect

A client provided me with plans drawn by a draftsperson. The drawings were inspired by a plan found online. The adapted plans from the draftsperson don't work due to water problems from roofs shedding into gable walls, and there is no headroom for the staircase to the bonus room. I need to have these plans changed to fix these issues and so that roof trusses can be used as much as possible while still keeping something similar to this style. I would also like a full set of plans with more detail to provide my subs.
