Archicad Draftsman

Able to draft existing drawings, demolition plans, Architectural floor plans, elevations building sections, structural framing plans, typical details, window and door schedules, electrical plans and 3D renderings. Must have experience in developing permit drawings and should be familiar with the building codes in the state of Virginia, Maryland and District of Columbia.
