Apartment add-on

I have a steel building that I would like to add a living space/apartment to. The apartment would be framed with either wood or steel studs. The apartment will lay within two main upright beams of the steel building so we don't need to work around posts anywhere in the field just in the ends of the steel building. Attached is the steel building drawings and the floor plan from our original idea which was going to be entirely a wood built structure. I am interested in transfering the living space (apartment, right hand side as you see the plans), the electrical and plumbing to the steel building. I do not plan to change the shape of the steel building, the dimensions will be the same just not offset from the rest of the building.
