Apartment Refurbishment Drafting in The Palm
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I require a skilled drafter to assist with my apartment refurbishment project in The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. I will provide DWG plans and I need the following 5 plans created:
1. Location plan on the floor
2. Existing conditions plan
3. New works plan (this will include new kitchen joinery, bathroom refurbishment, new flooring throughout, and painting). Note: This plan is not to show any demolition or new walls
4. Demolition plan
5. New partition plan (this will include all new works i.e. kitchen joinery, bathroom refurbishment, new flooring throughout, and painting).
The refurbishment will encompass the entire apartment, including flooring and painting. Specific's of the scope of works will be provided, so I do not need suggestions for materials or designs. Ideal candidates for this job should be proficient in CAD, have experience with apartment refurbishments, and be able to accurately incorporate specific design details into their plans.
