Apartment Layout & 3D Renderings

I am re-planning a three-bedroom apartment and want to see it come alive before any work starts. First, I need a clean, accurate 2D layout that handles floor planning, furniture placement and overall interior visualization. Once the layout feels right, I’ll move straight into photorealistic 3D stills.

The look I’m after is modern and minimalist with a distinctive Parisian “French Aïcha” touch—sleek lines, subtle neutrals and just enough classic flair to feel authentically Paris.

Deliverables
• Scaled 2D plan (PDF + editable CAD) showing walls, furniture, dimensions and circulation
• High-resolution 3D renders for:
– Living room
– Master bedroom and the two additional bedrooms
– Balcony sitting areas
– Main bathroom
(Two angles per space in both daylight and warm evening light)

Acceptance criteria
• Materials, colours and lighting match the brief
• Realistic textures at 4 K resolution or higher
• Source files remain editable (DWG/PSD or native 3D)
• Revisions until the agreed style and layout are achieved

AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, 3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender or similar are all fine—choose the workflow you’re fastest with as long as the result is photo-real. I’d like an initial layout within a week and final renders no later than two weeks after we sign off the plan.
