I need a designer for a 15-unit apartment building that requires extensive renovations. This will include wiring, plumbing, emergency lighting, and more.
Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in designing electrical and mechanical systems in multifamily residential buildings, particularly apartment complexes. Experience with building rewiring is a necessity, as well as a background in handling commercial plumbing and electrical issues. Plans required by county prior to renovations.
